3 years, it’s been 3 years since an Emily Faye full band show but last night, that was the start of something that I hope will continue. The 229 London was a sold out show and we went down a storm. As always, pics are below.

Festival season is well and truly here, FINALLY. I took a trip up North to Whitebottom Farm, the home of Buckle and Boots Festival. Despite the rain, camping was a laugh and I was fortunate to play with Meg McPartlin, as well as my brothers, Backwoods Creek. Check out these awesome pictures below!
Respect to Vince Groome for taking these epic shots!
If you don’t know, I busk. It’s one of my jobs and honestly, it’s really kept me going throughout the years. It’s a great form of practice, networking, songwriting and exposing. I was overjoyed when I was asked if I could play for Lucy May Walker on the main stage at Wembley Park for International Busking Day. What a privilege.
Well, it’s finally happened. Gigs are back, more frequent and hopefully here to stay. LYRA played a hugely successful sold out show at Spice of Life Soho last night! Check out this cool picture.
I am now a Neotach Straps ambassador and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to be representing them. I’ve used their straps ever since I picked up the bass, which must be 13 (ish) years ago.

As you know, COVID put a spanner in the works for pretty much all creatives, anybody with a job really. My friends over a Singular Sound asked me to be part of their new podcast series. How could I not say yes??
We talk about life of a musician during a pandemic, how to get back up on the creative train again, gear, music and more! Check it out below and make sure you sub to their channel and mine!
For those after a UBASS demo, I’ve made one. I bought a Kala Journeyman Bass and it is the absolute business for those small acoustic home jams.
Check out my demo here!
Here’s a tribute to one of the greatest bassists ever, James Jamerson! His lines are incredible, his note choice is just wild. I hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching!
I’ve just dropped a new tune on SoundCloud. It’s a little different from my previous works. Be sure to follow my SoundCloud to get notified of new music.
