If you’ve ever been to Premises Studios, you’ll know how exciting and fab it is! What an environment it is. I spent a day there recording some FUNK for Ray and Andrea. Check out my instagram post for some cool pictures! It was a pleasure sessioning and playing with some very skilled musicians.

Day 2 with Lethbridge Owen! Before the gig at Fleur De Liz in Kent, we stopped off at Academy FM in Thanet. I love played radio sessions and this one was again, so much fun! Below is my setup! Hope you like!

After the radio session, we stopped off for a brew and, as you do, I got my bass out and started noodling, well, Kelly caught me…! Pics from the gig will be uploaded when I get them!

My first gig with Lethbridge Owen was an absolute trip. We took a trip to Oxford to play an acoustic session on BBC Radio Oxford and wow, what an experience. Here’s a shot of the band with Lilley Mitchell, the presenter!

After the show, we then played, ‘The Bullingdon’ which was SO much fun! These guys are pros and also my uni teachers, so it’s a dream to perform next to them.

Here’s an interesting bass and amp combo for you! FSA Country Music Festival provide only the best gear! Yippie!

This is only the 2nd HIWATT amp I’ve played through and my word, it sounded astonishing! It’s always great when the provided backline is absolute quality.

Shout out to NS Design for making the most incredible, ‘out there’ bass…it’s crazy but wonderful!

As you know, I have a pretty dreamy collection of basses that I play. I found a very cool snap of myself with my very swish Warwick Thumb! I’m currently using this bass with Lyra and I have to say, it sounds slinky, silky smooth.
