New Bass Day
I don’t know what’s happened folks, somehow this fantastic Alembic Elan 6 ended up on my door step and I’m very happy about it!
It’s an interesting one, modified slightly and has some original quirks that somehow make it more attractive.
Honestly though, THIS IS THE LAST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE (maybe)

It’s about damn time, we’re recording an album. Bass is recorded and I’m so pleased with how it sounds.
The Phil Jones Bass briefcase is such a unique amp, it’s so clean and beefy. Love it. Accompanied with my basses, it’s the perfect companion.

MY NEW ALEMBIC SERIES 2 8 String FREtless
Yep, you read that right, here’s my 1982 Alembic 8 String Series II Fretless! What a masterpiece. It’s pristine, perfect and everything I imagined it would be. Videos and more snaps to come.

International Busking Day
If you don’t know, I busk. It’s one of my jobs and honestly, it’s really kept me going throughout the years. It’s a great form of practice, networking, songwriting and exposing. I was overjoyed when I was asked if I could play for Lucy May Walker on the main stage at Wembley Park for International Busking Day. What a privilege.
For those after a UBASS demo, I’ve made one. I bought a Kala Journeyman Bass and it is the absolute business for those small acoustic home jams.
