First gig of the New Year, COMPLETE! The United Kingdom took a trip to Crawley to play at The New Moon. It was a wicked night and our originals went down well! I’m recording an album with these guys on the 27-29 January! CRAZY!

The Second Sons residency seems to go up a notch every month. This show was maybe the best so far, here are some snaps of my doing my thing! The ‘bass face’ photo library is growing…!

Well, here are even more snaps from Tom Gold. Aren’t they just AWESOME!?! This gig was an awesome private party! Check out my bass solo video below too!

Yet another incredible snap by Tom Gold from Goldwood Images! I have plenty more to show you don’t worry! This Alembic Direwolf is just incredible, you could say I’m quite the Alembic enthusiast now…
This shot was taken from The Second Sons’ residency, next show, 25th October!
The Second Sons had a FAB gig yesterday at Esher Rugby Club for their beer and cider festival! Take a look at our stage setup…! Definitely an interesting one!
NEXT GIG – The Cavern, Wimbledon – 10th August! 8pm ’til late!
Thanks Ross Smith for the photo!
I found another cool photo of my bass and I when I played at Buckle and Boots 2018 Country Music Festival with Emily Faye, wow! What a gig!
Thanks to the festival for a great photo!
NEXT GIG – August 18th supporting FEEDER (!!), stage time – 5:20pm – MAIN STAGE!
So for the the last two days, I tracked bass on 9 out 10 tracks for Bella McKendree’s new album! 2 DAYS FOR AN ALBUM…that’s some serious work! I laid down some groovy tracks and some pretty nice fills (my opinion) and the whole band sounded spectacular! I can’t wait for it to be finished!
P.s. for recording, if available, definitely use a 5 string bass! Those low B’s, C’s and D’s add so much depth and energy to songs when used sparingly! My 5 got me out of some tricky not stretches too…so that’s always a bonus when recording!
Take a look at my quick insta video of the studio!
It’s been a wonderfully hectic week, which ended on a super sky high finish with Emily Faye playing at Buckle and Boots fest!
Check out these pictures! UK country music is on the up and it’s starting to get recognised, so why don’t you help one more artist get their goal, buy Emily’s EP here!

The Second Sons played TWO sell out shows, supporting The Struts and honestly, they were some of the best gigs I’ve EVER done! Camden’s venue, Koko, was a dream come true! Look at this photo…!!!
Manchester’s Gorilla was also a very very good gig! Thanks to those that came out to see us!
UPDATE
We’re also starting our residency at The Troubadour, Earl’s Court, every last Thursday of the month, starting from 26th July! Get your tix so you can be the first to hear BRAND NEW tunes!
The Second Sons are joining The Struts for two dates of their UK tour. How crazy is that?
We’re playing Koko in London 19th June and then we’re heading to Gorilla in Manchester for the 20th June.
It’s going to be incredible!
