LYRA played one of the smallest venues in London. However, what a great show, nice and intimate but busy! We’re just putting the final touches on the new single which will be out soon.

Next gig, May 15th, The Water Rats, Kings Cross

Check out the TRIPLE THREAT. I’m pretty sure Chris just played a very tasty lick and Marco is disgusted by it.

Thanks to Tim Russell for the excellent photo.

How do you like my new shirt?!

As you may know, I love showing off the basses I play and the various amps and setups I use. Here’s another one to add to the list.

Here’s a snap of my rig when LYRA played at legendary, Hope and Anchor in Islington. Thank the bass gods for lights on my bass because this place is extremely dark when playing…!

The Ashdown was the house amp and it sounded great. The bass, as always was clean sounding and FULL of tone.ย 52853990_10215480816231460_1717903011918905344_n.jpg

January has been exciting, which is wonderful but surprising. I’ve always assumed January is a rather slow month, but for me, it’s been full of gigs, work and releases.

I recorded on an album last year at RAK Studios London with the special Bella McKendree and she’s just dropped it! Please do check it out and support her! She’s unique and her music will take you places you’ve never been before! It’s a really great listening experience!

It’s amazing to think this is my FIRST album ever too!ย Super great to get my awesome Alembic recorded too! Maybe it’ll make history, who knows?!

Enjoy!

Last gig of the year with The United Kingdom!! Check out my bass solo on a good ole rock and roll groove!

Hammersmith Christmas market was just so special. There was lots of great music, food and stalls and to be part of event was just so exciting!

Thanks to LBHF council for having the event and to the market organisers for their extremely hard work!

Check out some fab pictures below. Really, instead of looking at all the fab things going on, I should be looking at my Chapman Stick…?!
