It’s been a mad week! I’m currently back at university helping out in the exams so there’s not THAT much to post! I have spent a lot of time in the studio at BIMM London and here’s a cool snap to show you!

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, Alembics really make my job easier! They are so smooth and ‘easy’ to play! WOW!

I got a really awesome phone call the other day. My uni, Tech Music School (BIMM) called me and they want me to be their session musician for the next 9 weeks for the Directed Music Skills class which is their take on a real life West End theatre situations. I’m over the moon.

When I studied my degree I took a different option for my final year so being able to have a go at a different course can only be beneficial. The first tune is, ‘What’s Going On’ by Marvin Gaye.

My new Jazz trio – The Afternoon Project, went into the studio on Sunday to get a showreel of live jazz tunes recorded. What a day! Credit to these guys too, what wonderful musicians they are.

I got an immense opportunity to perform alongside THE Ronnie Spector from The Ronettes at a BIMM masterclass. I performed the classic ‘Be My Baby’ with my wonderful band. Here’s an instagram video! More video is on the way.

What a great day!
