I really LOVE the colours in this photos. This was taken when The Second Sons played at The Tropic at Ruislip on 23rd February. Thanks to Re Gina for the snap.
I playing my trusty ’81 Alembic Series 1 and its sound is just so unique. It plays like a dream.

The Second Sons, as always aced it and blew the crowd away at The Troubadour away. Thanks to Tim Russell for these photos!
The chances are, I’ll be smiling with grooving!

I know I post a lot of my stuff from instagram and I hope that’s okay! Plus, it’s my webpage so I’m allowed to…! ANYWAY!
I’m making great progress with my Chapman Stick…10 points if you can name the tune (without reading my comments)! The two handed simultaneous tapping is tricky business but I’ll get there…
It’s always a joy to play for Emily Faye! The gigs are always great fun and her music is fab! Check out a snippet of ‘Giving In’ at the gig at Hoxton Underbelly!
Now this is what I call a ‘gold medal finish’. My first time at Metropolis Studios was a time I’ll never forget. Two days, 24hrs of tracking bass and various other things for the new The United Kingdom album. Check out the size of this bass too…?! It’s HUGE.
Check out my wall of bass! I put some foam panels up to reduce the echo in my studio and it sounds perfect! Check out the basses too!

Last gig of the year with The United Kingdom!! Check out my bass solo on a good ole rock and roll groove!
What a weekend!! I had the absolute joy of performing with Emily Faye at the British Country Music Association Awards in Harrogate! We played on a huge stage in the Harrogate Convention Centre…WOWZA!
The two pictures below are SUPERB! Thanks so much to Ian Morrall!
